All products sold on Boathoistdirect.com are shipped out UPS, USPS, or Common Carrier. Shipper is chosen depending on the size, weight and delivery location of the product being shipped. All boat hoists are shipped broken down and straped to a wooden pallet. Assembly is required.

Commercial delivery, residential delivery, trucking terminal pick up and local delivery are available. Commercial deliveries and trucking terminal pick-ups receive a $95 discount to most locations. Some locations more, some locations less.

Local delivery can be arranged for Michigan, Northern Indiana, and Northern Illinois. Local delivery must be arranged and priced by a Boathoistdirect.com salesperson (moc.tceridtsiohtaob@selas or free quoting system).

Commercial deliveries must have a fork lift or a loading dock.

For trucking terminal pick-up, BoatHoistDirect.com will contact the customer once the product has shipped and provide a tracking number, estimated time of arrival and the contact number for the trucking terminal. Customer is responsible for tracking the item and picking the product up once it has arrived at the trucking terminal.

Once product has shipped, residential deliveries will be contacted by shipper to arrange a delivery date and time. A person must be present to accept delivery.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
