If you would like product and pricing information, our team is available to assist you Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST at 800-715-2055. If you need assistance at any other time, please email moc.tceridtsiohtaob@selas, and a representative will assist you within 48 hours of your email.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Boathoistdirect.com purchase, please call 800-715-2055 for a return material authorization request within 14 calendar days of the shipping date of the product. If the product is returned unopened in the original packaging, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.  An exchange is subject to a 6% restocking fee and a return without an exchange is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for any further shipping charges on a return or exchange. All products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

Product Failure or Defect

If a product shows symptoms of hardware failure or is defective, preventing basic operability, upon first use out of box, please call 800-715-2055.

Proof of Purchase

Boathoistdirect.com will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you will receive a confirmation of your order by regular mail  when your order is shipped.

Payment Methods

You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (phone or internet). At the time your order is placed, Boathoistdirect.com obtains approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order through NPC Merchant Services. Credit card billing occurs when your credit card is approved.

Boathoistdirect.com accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order.
